After serving 30 years in the Corporate world as a Human Resources Management professional, Ranjan quit the  Corporate world to pursue his passion. He took up to Teaching in leading B Schools. Teaching enables him to share his knowledge, experience & wisdom to emerging talents who are on the threshold of embarking on a Corporate career.

His mission is to ignite the passion & creativity in every student and be able to inspire them to give the best. He firmly believes that “People are the greatest Asset in any Organisation” and that “People are the competitive advantage of an organisation” and make a difference between sucess and failure.

He teaches in areas of Human Resources / People Management.

He is currently the Adjunct Professor of Human Resources Management at Xavier Institute of Management (XIME), Bangalore a leading Business School in the Country
