Being very passionate about Writing & Speaking, Content Management has come naturally to Ranjan.

He is involved in researching, sourcing, aggregating, writing and editing interesting content in People & Business Management areas for publication on the Internet and Social Platforms.

He was the Content Partner for the IIMB-NASSCOM Leadership Resource Centre.

He helped set up a Leadership Academy Portal for IIMB-NASSCOM for developing potential Leaders & Leadership development for Small & Medium Businesses (SME’s) especially in the IT & ITES area.
